Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the Carvolune mobile app and web platform (hereinafter: the “App”). Using the App constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Carvolune is a platform for personal trainers to manage clients, training plans, sessions, personal records, and financial data. The App offers a free plan (up to 3 clients, 3 plans, 3 calendars) and unlimited subscription plans.

• Registration requires a valid email address.
• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• One account is intended for one individual.
• Sharing an account with third parties is prohibited.

• Subscriptions are available in monthly and annual plans.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple’s rules.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation is available through Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, except where required by law.

A trainer using the App acts as the data controller for the personal data of their clients entered into the system. The trainer is responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from their clients to process their data within the App.

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
• Attempting to circumvent subscription mechanisms or security measures is prohibited.
• Entering false data or data that infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the App available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to technical downtime, updates, and feature changes, with notice to users where feasible.

Carvolune is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the App, data loss caused by the user, or training decisions made based on data in the App. The App does not replace medical advice.

Users may delete their account at any time under Profile → Settings → Delete account. Account deletion is irreversible and permanently erases all data.

We reserve the right to amend these terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App or by email, with 14 days’ notice. Continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the controller’s registered seat.
